Yangzhou Fried Rice 扬州炒饭

A colorful fried rice dish with a mix of shrimp, eggs, and diced vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Rice: 200g (cooked & cooled)
  • Shrimp: 100g (peeled)
  • Egg: 1 (beaten)
  • Carrot: 50g (diced)
  • Green peas: 50g

Instructions:

  • Stir-fry shrimp until pink, set aside.
  • Scramble eggs, then add rice, shrimp, and vegetables, stir-frying until well combined.
