Tea-Smoked Duck 茶香鸭

A fragrant dish where duck is smoked with tea leaves for a rich, aromatic flavor.

Ingredients:

  • Duck: 1 (cleaned)
  • Black tea leaves: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Marinate duck with soy sauce for 1 hour.
  • Smoke duck with tea leaves and sugar in a wok, then roast at 200°C for 30 minutes.
