A vibrant dish made with crispy pork pieces tossed in a tangy, sweet sauce with pineapple and peppers.
Ingredients:
- Pork loin: 300g
- Pineapple: 100g (diced)
- Bell peppers: 100g (diced)
- Ketchup: 2 tbsp
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Corn starch: 2 tbsp
Instructions:
- Coat pork in cornstarch, fry until crispy, and set aside.
- Stir-fry peppers and pineapple, then add ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and a little water.
- Toss in the pork, mix well, and serve hot.
Note: This dish also works with diced chicken pieces. If you are a vegetarian, you can try replacing the pork with vegetarian protein pieces.
