Crispy fried chicken pieces stir-fried with an abundance of dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns for a spicy, aromatic dish that packs a punch.
Ingredients:
- Chicken thighs (cubed): 300g
- Dried chili peppers: 10-15
- Sichuan peppercorns: 1 tsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Ginger: 1 tsp, minced
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Corn starch: 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Fry chicken until crispy, set aside.
- Heat oil, fry chili peppers and peppercorns until aromatic.
- Add garlic, ginger, and chicken, stir-fry, and serve.
