Ingredients:
- Fish fillet (any white fish, for example sea bass): 500g
- Pickled mustard greens (can be bought in Chinese shop): 200g
- Ginger: 1 tbsp, sliced
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Chili peppers: 5
- Chicken stock: 500ml
- Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions:
- Sauté mustard greens with garlic, ginger, and chili peppers.
- Add chicken stock, bring to a boil.
- Add fish fillets, simmer for 5 minutes, and serve hot.
