A beloved street food featuring noodles tossed in a rich, spicy sauce made from minced meat, sesame paste, and chili oil. Bold, nutty, and addictive.
Ingredients:
- Noodles: 200g
- Ground pork: 100g
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Sesame paste: 1 tbsp
- Chili oil: 2 tbsp
- Garlic: 1 clove, minced
- Vinegar: 1 tsp
- Chicken stock: 100ml
Instructions:
- Cook noodles and set aside.
- Fry ground pork with soy sauce.
- Mix sesame paste, chili oil, garlic, vinegar, and stock in a bowl.
- Add noodles and pork to the bowl, mix, and serve.
Note: If you are a vegetarian, just replace ground pork with vegetarian mince and use vegetable stock instead.
