Sweet and Sour Pork 咕噜肉

A vibrant dish made with crispy pork pieces tossed in a tangy, sweet sauce with pineapple and peppers.

Ingredients:

  • Pork loin: 300g
  • Pineapple: 100g (diced)
  • Bell peppers: 100g (diced)
  • Ketchup: 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Corn starch: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Coat pork in cornstarch, fry until crispy, and set aside.
  • Stir-fry peppers and pineapple, then add ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and a little water.
  • Toss in the pork, mix well, and serve hot.

Note: This dish also works with diced chicken pieces. If you are a vegetarian, you can try replacing the pork with vegetarian protein pieces.
