Eight Treasures Duck 八宝鸭

A festive dish where duck is stuffed with glutinous rice, chestnuts, and other ingredients, then braised.

Ingredients:

  • Whole duck: 1 (cleaned)
  • Glutinous rice: 100g (cooked)
  • Chestnuts: 50g
  • Soy sauce: 3 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Stuff the duck with glutinous rice and chestnuts, secure with skewers.
  • Braise with soy sauce and water for 1.5 hours.
